Imagine Living Every Day Knowing You're On the Right Track.
There's a Problem We All Face
At times, we all battle feeling lethargic, overwhelmed, stuck, or time-depleted in our lives.
It's easy to feel like life is happening to us and that we're not actually in control of what is happening or how we're supposed to respond to it.
As a result, it's easy to buy into the lie that happiness is waiting for us - just around the corner. After graduation, or marriage, or your dream job, or that promotion, or retirement...
At the end of this workshop, you will:
Learn about the keystone framework of The Ideal Life and how it can be used to live with more purpose.
Understand why accomplishing more has never been as satisfying as you thought it would be.
Finally have a framework for effective and sustainable goal achievement that lasts your whole life.
Know the difference between happiness and joy and why that difference matters.
See which chemicals contribute to your sense of purpose, joy, happiness, and stress.
Have more clarity on what you need to do next in order to live your ideal life.
What Others Are Saying
The I GOT This Framework has been helping people pursue purpose in their lives for years.
This video contains stories that we hear often, but never stop encouraging us in the work we're doing.
This is why we keep going and why we are passionate about getting this framework to you.

Elise DuQuette
Elise DuQuette comes from an arts background and is a working actor of 14 years. She also has an administrative background as an office manager for 15+ years. (An organized artist!) Her coaching journey started 5 years ago when, after years of friends and family asking for her help with achieving their goals or organizing their lives, she created her own program! As a coach, Elise is passionate about helping people define what their unique definition of success is and then creating a path to help them reach their success through goals. She believes that if you know where you are going, itā€™s easier to tune out the noise of the world and live joyfully!
Elizabeth Buckley
I dream big. I have started several companies, assisted others in launching companies, and Iā€™ve walked alongside groups and individuals to actualize their personal and professional dreams.
Your greatest gift to the world is knowing and understanding yourself from within, so that you can seek and create those passions outside of yourself.
Ready for your next adventure? I'm looking forward to cheering you on.
